Biozone Student Biology Glossaries

These worksheets comprise of a list of biological terms grouped according to topic. It is up to the student to fill out the definitions of these terms. This is a great way for students to become familiar with the many different and often confusing terms used in biology.

It is important to note that, because our workbooks cater for all major exam boards, there may be more material in each workbook than is needed to meet the specific requirements of any one exam board.

These worksheets are designed to be used in conjunction with our Student Workbooks.
For each topic in our Student Workbook, we have a student glossary worksheet. The terms listed on the worksheet more or less match those found in the keywords section at the beginning of each topic. The worksheets may be used to gradually build up a glossary as the student progresses through the topic. Alternatively, a student may use the glossary worksheet as a revision exercise upon the completion of a topic.
