1. Biozone International retains copyright to the intellectual property included in the presentation media files on this CD-ROM, with acknowledgement that certain photos are used under licence and are credited appropriately.

2. The Sampler CD-ROM is for review purposes only.

3. The Acrobat (PDF) files of the BIOZONE Workbooks are supplied in a printing format, for reviewing purposes only.

4. Each Acrobat (PDF) file has a 'Sample for Evaluation Only' watermark that may not be removed.

5. The Presentation Media free sample (Mutations) may only be printed on to acetate for the purpose of producing overhead transparencies.

6. The files may not be installed on a computer network (intranet or internet) for use at multiple work stations. Files may be installed on to staff computers (this includes laptop computers), with access limited to teaching staff only.

7. Using any content on the Sampler CD-ROM for purposes other than review is expressly forbidden, unless a specific licensing agreement has been entered into with BIOZONE International Ltd.
